In honor of Coach Kirk, who has significantly impacted the lives of many students at Liberty Pine Academy. To commemorate his dedication and support for the children, a buddy bench has been installed on the school playground. The buddy bench serves a crucial purpose: it provides a welcoming space for students who may feel lonely or left out. When a child sits on the bench, it signals to their peers that they are seeking companionship or play. This simple yet effective idea encourages inclusivity and fosters friendships among the students, mirroring Coach Kirk's values of teamwork and friendship.

In honor of Coach Kirk, which aimed to bring joy to underprivileged children. The collaboration between Coach Kirk's students and the Better Together Organization was truly inspiring. During the event, we engaged the children in various enjoyable activities, including ornament painting and recreation games. However, what stood out most was the kindness and love that Coach Kirk's students exhibited towards the younger kids. This spirit of service resonates deeply with Coach Kirk’s motto, "Blessed to Serve," and it was evident that his legacy continues to inspire our community. Thank you for your unwavering support and dedication to this noble cause. Together, we have made a positive impact in the lives of these children, and I look forward to continuing our efforts in the future.
In recognition of Coach Kirk's contributions and his profound impact on our students and athletes, we aim to celebrate his legacy through a meaningful endeavor.
In 2022, Coach Kirk’s mother embarked on a Mission Trip to Poland, motivated by the compassion shown by our community.
Before the trip, she was accompanied by athletes and students who caringly contributed by shopping for activities and toys to share with the children in Poland. They also wrote encouraging notes to uplift the spirits of the children who would receive the gift.
This event will serve as an opportunity to reflect on Coach Kirk’s values and the kindness that he cultivated within our community.
